In the news…
I read in the Opinion section of The Sun, and I was only reading it because there was nothing to do at work; I usually hate reading the news, it’s depressing, an article expressing an opinion about a lady that had ‘Twittered’ that she was having a miscarriage in a meeting.
The only thing I can say is: Really? Is this what the world that was so afraid of ‘Big Brother’ knowing our every move has come to?
Personally…
I’m sitting in my friends’ living room watching my friends play Soul Caliber 4 and wondering why the outfits are so skimpy. I mean I suppose it evens out: the moves are awesome and the clothes are barely there…something for everyone.
(“Mikes Super Short Show” Heather sings and we wonder what she’s been watching…)
Back to Soul Caliber: They are trying to figure out how Heather did this ‘one move’ because it was ‘awesome!’ but a total accident and she can’t do it again.
And as she says this, she figures it out. Typical.
Classes are going well. I’m not failing Philosophy as I had thought and midterms are over. *Happy Dance* I’m excited to register for next semester.
At the store…
I just bought a twelve pack of legal notepads and a five-pack of pens, the really nice kind not the stupid ones. The notepads make me happy because they came in an even number and are yellow: I’m easily amused. The pens are black and very fine point.
Everything is so expensive now-a-days. It’s not even worth going to the store anymore; five items and your budget is gone. That’s a depressing thought.
